Terry Bogard’s launch is now less than three weeks away in Street Fighter 6 as the series’ first guest character, and we’ve still got a bit more to learn about the Wild Wolf.
Capcom just dropped the official character theme for Terry in SF6 that offers a new take on his classic Fatal Fury music.
Kurikinton is the name of the song, which translates to Chestnuts and Mashed Sweet Potatoes, and should sound familiar to anyone who’s followed Terry’s journey over the years.
The Capcom sound team went in hard with keeping true to the big band theming with a large emphasis on the brass section combined with the percussion that has a nice bombast to it.
Kurikinton first appeared as Terry’s theme in Fatal Fury 2 where it has appeared / evolved time and time again over the years in other games like The King of Fighters and even remixed in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
If you prefer the more classic vibes, the Fatal Fury Special version of Terry’s song plus Andy Bogard and Joe Higashi’s themes are available to unlock as premium rewards in the Terry Arrives Fighting Pass in the game now.
Capcom also recently released the official concept art for Terry in SF6 including some neat details and homages to his SNK origins.
You can check out the full battle music for Terry below ahead of his September 24 release date.
