Key Responsibilities:

Tender Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement tender strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Analyze tender opportunities to identify potential risks and benefits.
Collaborate with senior management to prioritize tenders based on strategic fit and resource availability.
Tender Preparation and Management:
Lead the preparation, writing, and submission of tender proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy.
Develop and maintain a standard template and library of tender documents to streamline the submission process.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the main point of contact for all tender-related communications with clients, consultants, and partners.
Facilitate meetings and discussions to clarify tender requirements and address any queries.
Bid Evaluation and Analysis:
Conduct thorough bid reviews and evaluations to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Analyze feedback from tender submissions to identify areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and related documentation.
Prepare regular reports on tender performance and outcomes for management review.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to tendering and business development.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the tender process.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a tender management or business development role, ideally within a similar industry.
Strong understanding of the tendering process, including compliance requirements and bid management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality proposals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
