Telesales Rep I – Durban at LexisNexis

Responsibilities

Actively call customers to promote and sell LN products and services
Use CRM to record prospective sales and maintain up-to-date pipeline data.
Generate quotations and send to customers.
Follow up on quotations sent to close deals.
Demonstrate LN product to prospective customers.
Provide info to management re pipeline etc. as required.
Keep abreast of LN products and services

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of outbound telephone sales experience – preferably B to B.
Be computer literate with the ability to utilize standard software applications that include MS Office suite
Have a tertiary qualification or be studying towards such – preferably in the field of law.
Be a great communicator and be able to demonstrate LN online products.
Be target driven and motivated to exceed targets
Be self-motivated and self-disciplined
