Tekken 8 version 1.07 patch notes released

Tekken 8 version 1.07 patch notes released

Patch notes for Tekken 8 version 1.07 have been released by Bandai Namco. Near the beginning of the patch, the developers note how this patch was mostly focused on stabilizing behaviors and fixing bugs.

As such, the next patch, version 1.08, will place emphasis on “small-scale balance adjustments.” We should expect damage reductions for Nina and Dragunov, two characters that have been considered top tier within the meta for Tekken 8 for a good while now.

In the meantime, it would seem that Dragunov has been technically buffed by some of the fixes implemented. Luckily though, he wasn’t buffed in any meaningful way, so he should mostly feel like the same character as before.

Aside from Dragunov, there are adjustments for Azucena, Bryan, Eddy, Feng, Hwoarang, Jack-8, Kazuya, King, Kuma, Panda, Lars, Leo, Lidia, Raven, Shaheen, Steve, and Yoshimitsu.

Of course, there are also plenty of universal adjustments that have been made for Rage Arts, Heat Bursts, Heat Dashes, jumps, certain stages, and more.

As usual, this newest update means that replays from the previous version of the game are now obsolete. Ghost Battles will also incorporate the changes that have been made.
