Taylor Swift, the cheer captain for the Kansas City Chiefs, doesn’t take a break even during the offseason. Just a week after the Chiefs, Travis Kelce’s team, clinched the 2024 Super Bowl title in Las Vegas, Swift was seen in Australia. She was sporting the NFL team’s “Champions” hat.
A picture that TMZ got its hands on, dated Feb. 19, shows the 14-time Grammy winner boarding a plane. She had just finished a trio of Eras Tour stadium shows in Melbourne. And guess what? She was flaunting the Chiefs merch.
There’s more. Taylor was also seen wearing her “TNT” friendship bracelet. It’s a gift from Travis, and the initials represent the couple. She was seen with the bracelet as she was leaving Melbourne.
So, what’s next on Taylor’s schedule? She’s got four concerts in Sydney to wrap up February. Then, she’s off to Singapore for seven shows in March.
Swifties, her fans, are hoping that Travis will be in the crowd for some of Taylor’s upcoming gigs. It would be a nice gesture, considering Taylor flew from her Feb. 10 concert in Tokyo to be at the Chiefs’ Super Bowl game on Feb. 11.
Travis was grateful for Taylor’s support. “Thank you for coming,” he told her during the team’s victory celebration. “Thank you for making it halfway across the world. You’re the best baby. The absolute best.”
And then he asked, “How do you not have jet lag right now?” Swift’s response was quick and witty, “Jet lag is a choice.”
