Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • To understand and match the needs of our clients and candidates to provide quality tailored recruitment and services whilst continually meeting target.

Role and Responsibility

  • Sales Activities
  • New business generation
  • Meet sales and profit targets in line with commission structure.
  • Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls.
  • Client visits
  • Negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy.
  • Write and place job adverts on website.
  • Client Management
  • Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on successful placements.
  • Network internally and externally.
  • Benchmark for clients- salary, availability, candidate pool and industry activity.
  • Candidate Management
  • Shortlist and interview candidates across a range of industries
  • Managing the candidate placement process
  • Build and maintain client relationships as well as candidate database
  • Candidate control- maintains regular contact to review progress and performance.
  • Spec CVs, market candidates and search CVs in line with job request and ensure CVs are in the correct format.
  • Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications.

Minimum requirements: 

  • Grade 12 or equivalent;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Advantageous);
  • 3–5 years recruitment agency recruitment experience
  • Proven experience working on multiple vacancies with tight deadlines (Essential);
  • Exposure to Application Tracking Systems (Advantageous);
  • End-to-end recruitment lifecycle knowledge (Essential);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook);
  • Sourcing expertise (Essential).
  • Experience in bringing in recruitment leads and new clients
