System Certification Operation Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5 people
- Full accountability and supervise all the operation activities
- Supervise the provision of work to all operations staff
- Provide required management information to senior management on team performance and effectiveness.
- Leading and coaching current/new team members
- Continual Operational Reporting – consisting of weekly, monthly and annual reporting on elements such as Client manager utilization, Profitability sheets, Days movement, Attrition days, Accrued Revenue, Hybrid audit % and team performance according to KPIs set
To Be Successful In The Role:
- At least 3 years of experience as a team leader, preferably in the same industry
- Strong supervisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organized and Methodical
