System Administrator
Responsibilities
- Maintain system efficiency
- Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
- Make recommendations for upgrades
- Evaluate and modify system performance
- Three to four years of system administration experience or desktop/server support experience
- Should have good aptitude for troubleshooting desktop and server related issues
- Should have workable knowledge of Windows 2008/2012 Server Technologies
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently as well as in collaboration with a team
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to self-motivate and work in a small-team environment
- Microsoft Certifications MCP / MCSA / MCSE (added advantage)
- Must know Networking/Switching/Access Point/Router

Qualifications
