The fall of Syria last December enabled Israel to carry out a strategic land grab of Syria’s Golan Heights and Mt Hermon areas, in order to expand its borders – and also to create a corridor for a future attack on Iran.
Trump’s recent war on Yemen, and threats to annihilate Iran are only inflaming the region even more.
