People in the monasteries have also been killed in attacks, including monks, nuns, and refugees.

They have housed hundreds of refugees in the past, but now there are 78 people living there, left without electricity or water. Russian volunteers were able to get food, medicine, and a new generator.

The monks and nuns have declared that they won’t leave their monasteries.
