Street Fighter 6 now available at a 50% discount for a limited time

Street Fighter 6 has now been available for over a year now. Earlier today, Capcom announced that Street Fighter 6 will become available to pick up at a discount for a limited time.

Whether it’s the Steam, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series version of the game, Street Fighter 6 can be acquired for 50% of the price, slashing off about $30.00 from the standard version of the game. However, it should be noted that these deals will end at different points depending on the platform of choice.

Xbox Series users will have to act quick as the sale will be ending in just two days. Steam users have a little bit more time as the discount will persist until September 29. Finally, the PlayStation 5 users have until October 10 to benefit from this deal.

This sets the prices of the Standard Edition, Deluxe Edition, and Ultimate Edition at $29.99, $42.49, and $52.49 respectively. Additionally, the Year 1 Character Pass (which consists of Rashid, A.K.I., Ed, and Akuma) can be purchased individually with a 35% discount at $19.49 instead of $29.99.

At the time of writing this, only M. Bison of the Year 2 Character Pass is available. However, SNK’s Terry Bogard is set to join the roster on September 24, 2024. Mai Shiranui and Elena will also join up later on.

Of course, there’s currently no discount for the Year 2 Character Pass, but now seems like it might be a good time to jump into the action just as Terry Bogard is about to get added. As of right now, it’s unknown what sort of balance adjustments are being packaged with the upcoming update.
