Street Fighter 6 goes 50% off for 1st anniversary sale plus Character Pass, Deluxe Edition, Outfit 3 and more discounts

Celebrations are currently underway for Street Fighter 6’s first birthday, and that means it’s an extra good time for those looking to finally jump into the game or pick up some content at a nice discount.

Capcom is currently holding a 1st anniversary sale for SF6 to save big on the game, its Deluxe Editions, Year 1 Pass, and multiple items in the in-game shop.

Right now, the base game along with SF6’s Deluxe and Ultimate Editions are all 50% off to mark them down to $30, $42.50, and $52.50 respectively.

On top of that, the Year 1 Character and Ultimate Passes are 35% off too, which brings them down to $19.50 and $32.50 respectively, which may be the first time we’ve seen the passes go on sale like this.

These deals are set to last until June 17 it appears, however, they’re currently only available on Steam and Xbox (in the United States at least), so oddly, PlayStation owners can’t take advantage of these deals at the moment.

What every platform can get discounts on are in the in-game shop on a variety of different DLC options though not everything is for sale, but it’s 20% off for those.

The big ones here for most are probably the Outfit 3 selection going from 300 Fighter Coins ($6) down to 240 FC ($4.80) although it’s only for the base roster, not Akuma, ED, A.K.I. and Rashid.

Those original 18 characters have Outfit 2 on sale too at 40 FC ($0.80) instead of 50 FC ($1).

Beyond that, the Cartoonish Challenge Customization screens along with some Emotes are down to 80 FC ($1.60) from 100 FC ($2), but there’s no discount on the Drive Ticket prices.

Finally, the Sticker packs are discounted from 200 FC ($4) to 160 FC ($3.20).

This in-game sale is scheduled to last until the strike of midnight on June 25.

Though they aren’t part of the deals, Capcom did add Color 10 options for the base SF6 roster in the new update as well and not just the previous pre-order exclusives either.

Street Fighter 6 is running a special 1st anniversary campaign all month long including a Fighting Pass and various in-game events like more ways to earn Drive Tickets.

It’s also looking like we may not have to wait too much longer for news on Season 2 either with SF6 and more fighting game announcements teased for the Summer Game Fest later this week.
