There’s arguably no better group of amazing artists at video game developers than there is at Capcom, especially when it comes to fighting games.
The company was making preparations for their final Street Fighter 35th Anniversary Exhibit recently in Osaka, Japan, and Street Fighter 6’s Director Takayuki Nakayama provided a sneak peak of the awesome new sketches of the game’s newcomers and returning world warriors for the upcoming game present at the event.
Nakayama showcases a black wall at the exhibit the team is working on that is covered with special SF6 illustrations from Capcom’s talented artists as well as a bunch of SF6 stickers.
Ryu, Chun-Li, E. Honda, JP, Dee Jay, Kimberly, Marisa, Lily and Manon are all present on the board along with Sagat, who currently isn’t in SF6’s roster.
Each work is signed by the artist who drew them, so we can see the legendary Daigo Ikeno and Hinanana, who created Street Fighter 5’s tarot cards, both take on Chun while SHOEI handled Ryu and Saku Tamo took on Honda.

There are some names, however, we don’t recognize or can’t fully make out although JP’s sketch seems to be signed Tohru, Fukumori for Marisa, and Manon drawn by Moyuku.
These illustrations will be present for the final run of the anniversary exhibition, which is scheduled to run from November 18 until December 25, 2022.
Anyone lucky enough to attend can also try out Street Fighter 6’s demo with open access every day as well as more playable cabinets.
