As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of our students and staff.
You will be responsible for providing medical care, administering treatments, managing medical records, and offering health education programs to promote healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician's orders and school policies.
Monitor student health and conduct health assessments when necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all students and staff.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to address health concerns and promote student well-being.
Develop and implement health education programs to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
Participate in school safety and emergency preparedness drills and activities.
Keep abreast of current health trends, treatments, and medications relevant to school-aged children.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice
CPR and First Aid certification.
Previous experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
Knowledge of school health policies and regulations.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in healthcare.
