My client is a dynamic, globally-focused organization, looking for a SQL & Systems Support Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and reports for various business applications

Provide ongoing support for SQL-based applications, resolving issues efficiently

Assist with the system maintenance, enhancements, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics GP, Access Delta WMS, Slim4, and other enterprise platforms

Manage and support data transfers and automation using WinSCP/SFTP

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve database performance and system efficiency

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all supported applications

Preferred Qualifications:

SQL Server qualification (CompTIA/Microsoft Equivalent) or related experience

Experience with Power BI Reportingis advantageous

Familiarity with WinSCP/SFTPfor file transfers and automation

Requirements:

Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with SSMS(SQL Server Management Studio)

Proven experience supporting enterprise applications(ERP, WMS systems, etc.)

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyzesystem performance and resolve issues

Ability to work independently in a remote or hybridwork environment

Willingness to support the adoption of new applications as they are implemented

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds (Spanish-speaking team members will require extra attention)
