As a Social Media and Marketing Specialist you will be directly involved in maintaining and enhancing Certfort Limited’s image on Social Media. You will also be involved in the company’s marketing efforts to help promote our services to our clients and identify new ones. You will also work directly with the business development team to identify viable digital marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s online presence.
This job will be primarily remote and will require a few hours in the office when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
- Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies
- Support the Business Development marketing effort to identify prospective clients
- Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms for advertising
- Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the Certfort brand
- Form key relationships with potential clients across social media platforms
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Optimize content to encourage community interaction and engagement further
- research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls, or face-to-face
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of Social Media and Marketing required
- Proven track record of successfully maintaining Social Media sites
- IT management and Training services Social Media and Marketing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Experience managing and maintaining a website is an added advantage
