Slashback is happening in 2024 as well and it’s this weekend. It’ll be taking place in San Jose, California, U.S.A.
Notable players attending include PGW|Ren, Shou-san, Revo|Clearlamp, BNP|Knotts, Shuaboo, PAR|Aarondamac, BC|Jonathan Tene, ApologyMan, Supernoon, Foo, ESFC|Mario, UBW|CG, Ditto|RedDitto, Betadood, Kyros, CATPION|Daymendou, FF|ElvenShadow, Rikir, PT|Ruric, GcYoshi13, Mongee Sr., Taihenna, GardeninTool, Elsa, Vermillion, TheArm and more.
The biggest game at the event is Under Night In-Birth 2: Sys[celes] which sits at around 220 entrants, followed by Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising which landed at about 190 participants.
Guilty Gear Strive and Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2 both hit over 100 players signed up as well.
There will also be tournament play for Guilty Gear XX Accent Core +R, BlazBlue: Central Fiction, Melty Blood Type Lumina and Koihime Enbu RyoRaiRai Version 3.
Streaming is being done at Guildhouse, FunkyP and 956 Productions.
