Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS have looked to improve every aspect of how Manchester United run.
From cutting costs on the meals provided to staff members to transposing members of the club’s hierarchy, the new ownership want United to function efficiently in all facets.
Last summer, Dan Ashworth and Jason Wilcox were elected as sporting and technical directors respectively.
Omar Berrada was also plucked from Manchester City’s grasps and appointed as United’s new CEO in January.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe has all but agreed to add another staff memeber to the senior leadership ranks at United.
Last month, it was reported that former PSG chief revenue officer Marc Armstrong was set to join United, although no formal announcement has been made since.
However, Paris Saint Germain recently appointed Victoriano Melero as thier new CEO.
Upon joining, Melero has spoken of a ‘new era’ at PSG, which strongly implies that there will be changes in staff for the French club.
With Armstrong already stepping down from his role at the club and multiple reports pointing towards him joining United, his incoming announcement will seem like a formality.

Armstrong has a plethora of success in his career, having worked for the FA, UEFA, the NBA, and the NFL before joining PSG in 2018.
Jean-Claude Blanc is the CEO of INEOS Sport, and joined United earlier this year from PSG.
It is highly likely that he played a role in luring Armstrong away from the French giants.
Under Armstrong’s leadership, PSG were the third highest revenue generating football club in the world, behind Manchester City and Real Madrid.
Working with Jordan brand, he pioneered the recent fusion of fashion and sport, leading PSG to become the sixth highest club in global kit revenue.
No other Ligue 1 club were in the top 15 for either of these rankings.
With Sir Jim’s vision of a debt-free and sustainable Manchester United, Armstrong’s appointment certainly helps their future cause.
