Sir Dave Brailsford has regularly been attending Manchester United matches ever since taking up his role at the club.
The INEOS sporting director has reportedly impressed key figures at the club as he has been going on a deep dive into the club’s infrastructure with his latest conclusion being the club needs to relocate from their long-standing Carrington Training Complex.
This is according to a report from Manchester Evening News.
“Sources have told the Manchester Evening News Brailsford has provided detailed observations on the club, comparing United to his work with Team Sky and the Ineos Grenadiers in cycling,” the report reads.
There is a general feel around the club that all these little details he has been shedding light on, including the latest that Carrington is not fit for purpose as an elite sports base, will eventually lead to the betterment of affairs at Old Trafford.
