The Restaurant Shift Manager in Uncle Stan’s Foods is a major relieve for the restaurant Manager.
He is expected to work closely with the restaurant manager in overseeing the branch he is deployed to while working alongside staff in their respective shifts.
Other duties may include, but not limited:
Maintain a fully stocked and order food supplies as needed
Manage all restaurant’s orders
Ensure to resolve customer's complaint brought to your attention and timely and escalate to the appropriate authority
Manage daily schedule of staff, employee time off request and as well as their shift
Delegate/assign duties to employee and ensure effective discharge from start to finish
Interface closely with the HR department in resolving possible conflict among staff members.
Carry out other instructions that may be given by the Manager
Carry out other instructions that maybe given/instructed by other superiors.
