Both Cammy and Juri saw their wardrobe’s significantly updated for their latest franchise appearances in Street Fighter 6, but while fans seem to really appreciate Juri’s latest look, we have to admit we see an awful lot of Cammy’s nostalgia costume in use when we grind online.
Perhaps the beautiful Souu Cos noticed the same as she cosplays as both characters in a collection of photos. We’ve nabbed a handful of our favorites to share with you after the jump below.
Cammy’s new attire sees her actually don street wear as she trades her iconic leotard and combat accessories for a jean jacket and some leggings. Hats off to Capcom for successfully creating a fresh look for a character with an extremely well established appearance, and we’re happy to have the evolution, but we’re also very glad they brought back her tried and true nostalgia look as well.
The default color in Street Fighter 6 for this costume is a darker green than in previous appearances, which seems to add to the more realistic design SF6 boasts over its predecessors.
Juri’s look is different than from either of her previous appearances, but is clearly a return to something closer to her Street Fighter 4 costume as fans weren’t the most keen on her skintight rubber suit from Street Fighter 5.
The layered and flowing costume has a lot more depth and personality, which is good because personality is something the character absolutely drips with. Souu captures that nicely here in these shots:
