We don’t often feature content from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure here on EventHubs, but after spotting some photos from the beautiful Dr. Yuan Herong cosplaying as as Jolyne Cujoh we felt we just had to share with our readers.
This being a fighting game-centric site and all, perhaps we should first acknowledge that Jojo’s is not only a huge inspiration on the Street Fighter franchise in general, there’s also a full on Jojo’s fighting game in All Star Battle R.
Finally, while we haven’t seen it directly from Capcom, it’s widely speculated that Street Fighter beloved Juri Han is directly inspired by Jolyne Cujoh.
The visuals quickly give this away as both characters’ hairstyles have clear overlap in design, and theming concerning webs and spiders is prevalent in both as well.
Either character could easily be described as a badass delinquent, and both have a not so subtle sexual undercurrent in their personalities.
The extremely buff Dr. Yuan Herong embodies Jolyne as though she were headed to the beach, donning a spiderweb bikini with patterns that match the character’s usual threads.

Finally we see another video of Jolyne in the gym working on her traps and shoulders. The closer angles here help us to even further appreciate the coloring details in both hair and makeup.
