Two different sources from within Planet Fitness revealed new information about the company’s gender policy and hiring process. Planet Fitness unexpectedly made employees sign a Gender Identity Non-Discrimination Policy form punishing employees for not using transgender pronouns. The other was an image from an online quiz for new hires stating that Planet Fitness allows anyone to use whatever facility they want based on their self-reported gender.
