Service Now/ITIL Implementation Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM module, replacing existing ITSM functionality.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage 3rd party requirements and facilitate technical design and integration.
- Define and validate roles for processes, working with various teams.
- Identify and escalate issues and risks, taking ownership of mitigating actions.
- Support Change Management activities related to system changes.
- Ensure high-quality design, testing, and deployment of solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to identify and manage project risks.
- Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Relevant certifications are a bonus.
