Compile informative product issue reports and address the issue with suppliers and management.
Provide expert technical support for Warranty resolution.

Qualification, Experience And Competencies

B. Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) degree, or Must be a Caterpillar-certified earth-moving technician.
