We are seeking a Senior Ticketing & Reservations Officer with strong expertise in GDS tools (Amadeus & Galileo) to manage and oversee ticketing operations at our travel and tour firm in Ikoyi. 
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, and possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage ticketing and reservations operations to ensure efficiency.
Handle airline reservations, reissues, refunds, and schedule changes using Amadeus and Galileo.
Supervise and train junior ticketing staff to maintain service excellence.
Provide expert travel advice and solutions to clients, ensuring seamless bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with airlines, travel partners, and customers.
Ensure compliance with airline and travel industry policies.
Monitor and resolve ticketing discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
Keep up-to-date with airline fare rules, promotions, and travel industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in ticketing & reservations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in GDS tools such as Amadeus & Galileo is a must.
Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and industry regulations.
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
