We are looking for a Senior Manager, Performance & Project Management to lead Project Managers and Associate Project Managers. This role involves managing a team aligned with customer portfolios or regions.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure resource efficiency and balanced utilization.
- Onboard, coach, and mentor APM/PMs.
- Meet customer requirements and standards.
- Understand customer contracts and deliverables.
- Act as the first point of escalation for customers.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage GPMs daily.
- Approve timesheets and vacation requests.
- Ensure team compliance with training and processes.
- Collaborate across functions to support project delivery.
- Partner with the Commercial Team for Strategic Planning.
- Participate in client Governance and KPIs.
- Drive process improvement activities.
- Manage the personal development and performance of direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with Company Procedures.
- Uphold company values focused on People, Clients, and Performance.
