Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
Manages sales teams, sets targets, and monitors performance
Identifies new business opportunities and manages key customer relationships
Identifies and pursues new business opportunities in the downstream sector.
Develops and implements business development plans to expand the company's footprint.
Manages relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulators
Oversees the day-to-day operations of a specific area, such as, distribution network, or retail network
Ensures efficient and safe operations, while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Manages the logistics and supply chain for fuel and lubricant distribution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
Optimizes inventory levels, manages transportation, and ensures compliance with regulations
Manages the technical implementation of energy solutions, ensuring successful deployment and maintenance of systems
Requirements
A minimum of a BSc. / HND in relevant field.
Must have the Knowledge of Oil and Gas downstream.
10+ year's professional experience as Senior Manager .
Candidate must have worked in an Oil & Gas Sector.
Strong problem-solving skills; experience identifying and resolving issues independently based on own initiative.
Proactive in nature and accountable in practice; clear ownership over results and quality of work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization skills with attention to details
Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills ( Microsoft office word, Excel Powerpoint, outlook).
