The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the Executives calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the first point of contact for the Executives office, handling correspondence and requests
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings
Coordinate and organize executive events, conferences, and engagements
Handle confidential documents and maintain organizational discretion
Manage expense reports and administrative budgets for the office
Anticipate the needs of Executive and proactively address challenges
Requirements
10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and calendar management tools
Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree preferred
