After a thorough research of poultry business in Nigeria, Sayed Farms ltd was established in the year 2004 by Mr. Haytham Nawam and Mr. Ziad Sayed, who both have a broad experience in the field of poultry;
The company is specialized in poultry sector & currently the distribution of frozen food (frozen Fish, French fries, frozen chicken etc…) & covers all the majors aspects of the chicken business field & frozen foods distribution.
The company based in Nigeria with two branches in: Ibadan, and Abuja; the Head office is in Lebanon.Key Responsibilities
Liaising with governmental agencies on all matters relating to the company.
Diesel and petrol dispensation handling and consumption monitoring.
Following up with insurance carriers in case of accidents and ensuring that all company vehicles’ insurance papers are up to date.
Handling all vehicle documentation including registration of vehicles as at when due.
Hotel and Flight Booking Management: Coordinate and oversee the booking process for hotels and flights for employees, guests, and executives.
Ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to company travel policies.
Immigration and Visa Management: Manage the immigration and visa processes for employees, visitors, and expatriates.
Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Facilitate the smooth entry and exit of personnel across borders.
Expat Housing and Maintenance: Coordinate housing arrangements for expatriate employees, including finding suitable accommodations and managing leases.
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of expat housing to ensure comfort and safety.
Address any housing-related concerns or emergencies promptly.
Facilitate communication and collaboration on administrative matters.
Transport Management: Manage transportation services for employees, including shuttle services and company vehicles.
Ensure timely and efficient transportation arrangements, especially for executives and visitors.
Oversee maintenance and safety of company vehicles.
Handle administrative tasks such as office supplies management, facility maintenance, and other general administrative duties.
Compliance Monitoring and Risk Management: Develop and implement processes to monitor compliance with statutory obligations effectively.
Responsible for various State and Local government Taxes, such as Property tax, Haulage fee, Parking fee etc….
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the organization's operation
Qualifications and Skills
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Candidate preferably from a reputed organization having 8-10 Years of Experience in the relevant field.
Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for travel management and office administration.
Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations is desirable.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent managerial and organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing various administrative functions critical to the smooth operation of the corporate office.
