As indicated above,the governing council of university of calabar, through the distinguished leadership of Prof. Zana Ikpagu has slated 8th and 9th of November for a two day international academic conference on the theme:
Re-visiting the structural foundation of Nigeria federalism.
The conference would feature,Senator John Owan-eno as the chairman of the opening ceremony.
It might interest you to know that, Sen.Owan-eno is the Chairman, senate committee on Finance, National Assembly, Abuja. He is the senator representing the central district of Cross rivers state in the state house of assembly, abuja.
Other eminent personalities and keynote speakers as Comr. Dr. Dipo Fashina, the past National President of ASUU and also Barr. Paul Erokoro would be speaking at the conference.
Negroidhaven garnered that the conference was organized by the institute of public policy and Administration ( IPPA).
