- We are seeking a highly skilled Security Intelligence Business Manager to drive business growth, develop intelligence-led security solutions, and manage client relationships in the security industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in security intelligence, risk management, and business development to expand our market presence and enhance our service offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in security intelligence, threat analysis, and risk mitigation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and security stakeholders.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business strategies to secure contracts and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Security Intelligence & Risk Management
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of security intelligence to support clients’ risk management strategies.
- Develop and implement security intelligence solutions, including threat assessments, counterintelligence, and crisis response.
- Monitor global and regional security developments, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and best practices in security intelligence operations.
Strategic Partnership & Client Management
- Establish and maintain partnerships with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and private sector security firms.
- Provide advisory services to clients on security risks, emerging threats, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Operational & Financial Management
- Lead security intelligence teams, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
- Develop and manage budgets for security intelligence projects and operations.
- Ensure effective utilization of security technologies, data analytics, and intelligence platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Intelligence Analysis, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in security intelligence, business development within the security industry
- Strong background in security consulting, intelligence analysis, or law enforcement.
- Experience in managing high-profile security projects and business operations.
- Familiarity with security technologies, threat intelligence platforms, and risk assessment tools.
