Attending to walk-in clients
Responding to offline/online inquiries
Creating/editing/formatting documents
Scheduling meetings & appointments
Performing general clerical & administrative duties
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Public Administration or a related discipline
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Secretary or a related role
MUST reside around Moniya
Attention to details
Organizational & time management skill
Effective communication skills
Fluent in Yoruba & Ibo language
Customer service-oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft PowerPoint
Must be a Female
Age between 28 – 35 years old
