Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/National Senior Certificate.
Working experience in a Fast Food Restaurant doing food preparations will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.
Must be willing to work overtime, public holidays and weekends.
Excellent communication.
Must be able to perform under pressure.
Hardworking, honest and self-motivated.
Situated within the Vryburg area will be advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
Set up of cleaning procedures – 3 Bucket system/set up 2 step sink.
Cleaning of Crockery, Cutlery, Smallwares, Pots etc.
Understand what customer expectations are.
In depth knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and recipes.
Must be multiskilled and be able to help in other stations when the store gets busy.
Must be able to make salads, rice, spinach, pap etc., as and when required.
