Godwin Jedy Agba and Okoi Obono-Obla |

In continuation of its anti-corruption crusade, the Federal Government through the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has beamed its searchlight on a former General manager of the Nigerian National petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Godwin Jedy Agba.
Agba worked under the former Minister of Petroleum, Mrs. Dizienni Alison Madueke who has been alleged to have been involved in large-scale corruption during her tenure.
Agba, who was in charge of sale of crude in the NNPC is also thought to be neck deep in oil bunkering even as he is also said to have made a lot of money for himself through sundry illegal deals and is alleged to be owner of choice properties in most cities of the world.
According to the sources Agba who has a soft spot for top of the range automobiles and choice wine, is one of very few nigerians who own a Bentley and a private jet to boot.
Agba, who recently defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) to avoid prosecution, is said to be enjoying the protection of the Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Prosecution, Mr Okoi Obono Obla.
Obla, according to sources, was paid 4 million dollars for protection by Mr Agba.
It would be recalled that Mr Agba was in 2014 during the delegates congress accused of bribing then national chairman of the PDP and former Bauchi State governor to the tune of 4 million dollars to swing it in his favour as he sought the PDP governorship ticket.
The joke now appears to be on Agba as Buhari is said to have been briefed of his unholy alliance with Obla, hence his firm directive to EFCC to investigate Agba.
So it's just $4m he uses to bribe? abi? hahahahaha
