Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ in Midrand has an opportunity available for a Salon Call Centre Agent to join the team. The main purpose of this role will be to handle the electronic dairy for the Beauty Salon Department and queries received via phone calls and verbal communication. You will also be required to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Salon procedures and be able to book the correct treatment for customers. To be able to offer extra services in order to upsell and maximise profits.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Advantageous:
- Tertiary qualification in Beauty Therapy/Somatology
- Customer care experience
Job Specification:
- Advise and assist customers regarding Salon Services offered by Dis-Chem.
- Follow up with customers regarding any feedback requested.
- Find and provide any information the customer needs as a Dis-Chem customer.
- Report any customer discrepancies to management.
- Process all interactions necessary for the accurate management of adherence calls.
- Contact the Salon to correct any errors that might occur and report to Management.
- Ensure adherence to Dis-Chem standards.
- Maintain customer profiles on the system.
- Take note of any messages on the customer profile and take suitable action.
- Report any customer discrepancies to management.
- Use proper telephone etiquette when speaking with patients over the phone.
- Report to management on a regular basis regarding call centre matters.
- Ensure all Call Centre related administration is up to date for reporting and auditing purposes.
