Job Summary:
The Art Hotel is seeking an energetic and vibrant sales executive to help us grow our client base and increase bookings. The ideal candidate is young, presentable, and enthusiastic about the hospitality industry, with some prior sales experience and a strong willingness to learn. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, managing relationships, and promoting The Art Hotel’s unique experience to guests and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach:
- Identify and connect with potential clients to increase hotel bookings, including corporate clients, groups, and leisure travelers.
Relationship Building:
- Maintain friendly, professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Work with clients on bookings and rates, offering packages that meet their needs while maximizing revenue for the hotel.
Sales Goals:
- Actively work towards meeting monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop promotions and attend networking events to represent The Art Hotel.
Basic Requirements:
- Some sales experience (hospitality experience is a plus, but not required).
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.
