Job Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive our growth in the UK market.
- This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of how to connect with clients in the UK.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals that expand our presence in the UK.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients in the UK market who would benefit from our Virtual PA services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to showcase the value of our Virtual PA services.
- Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting how our services can address their pain points.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing satisfaction.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Regularly check in with clients to offer additional services or support, aiming for high client retention rates.
Market Research & Insights:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments in the UK.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics, customer needs, and sales strategies.
- Suggest and implement improvements to the sales process based on market insights.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline progress, and revenue generated.
- Use CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client needs are met post-sale.
- Share best practices and insights with other members of the sales team to contribute to collective success.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling services to international markets.
- Strong understanding of the UK business environment and client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
