Job Description (Summary)
As the Sales & Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within assigned accounts or business units. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, delivering excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to expand client accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries and providing advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts and business expansion.
- Resolve customer complaints by collaborating with the Head of Customer Business, Risk, and Operations departments to develop lasting solutions.
Sales and Reporting:
- Source new clients and promote the organization’s products and services through presentations and meetings.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives while maintaining accurate sales records.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports and itineraries.
Operational and Administrative Support:
- Collaborate with the Operations department to ensure high service delivery levels.
- Assist the Finance department in debt collections and maintaining account integrity.
- Prepare customer proposals, quotations, and handle correspondences.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in account management, sales, or a related customer-focused role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Budget: NGN 120,000 – NGN 150,000 Monthly Gross
