SA Youth Mobilization (North) Concludes PVC Sensitization Tour of Northern Senatorial District

The PVC Sensitization and Endorsement Tour for the Northern Senatorial District officially concluded in Ogoja Local Government Area with a renewed call for young people to take part in the ongoing voter registration exercise. The event, organized by the Office of the Special Assistant on Youth Mobilization North to the Governor of Cross River State, Hon. Simon Inah, brought together youths, council authorities and key political stakeholders.

Attendees were reminded that the Permanent Voter’s Card remains the primary legal instrument for participating in Nigeria’s electoral process.

Hon. Inah Simon Emeka, who led the final leg of the sensitization tour, addressed the gathering by emphasizing that young people form the majority of the population and must therefore take ownership of election outcomes. He noted that several youths continue to express dissatisfaction with governance while ignoring the first step required to influence leadership decisions.
