According to talkSPORT, one high-profile signing has failed to convince the United boss.
Striker Rasmus Hojlund has reportedly struggled to impress Amorim in recent weeks.
He will “effectively find himself on trial” between now and end of the season, according to TalkSport’s report.
The Danish forward started well but has now gone 11 matches without scoring a goal.
Signed for £72 million in 2023, he earns £85,000 a week but is now under scrutiny.
His performance against Fulham was described as a “nightmare” after failing to impact the game.
Napoli and Juventus are now monitoring his situation amid concerns over his form.
After the match, Amorim admitted there is a lack of attacking cohesion in the team.

“He wants it really hard, and you can see it sometimes that without training, there is a disconnection,” he told reporters.
“We can explain, but without training, sometimes it goes away.
“When he should be near, he’s far. When he should run, he’s still.”
“We don’t have time to make this connection, we don’t train these kinds of things, we just talk about them.”
“He has a lot to improve, like his team-mates.
“Sometimes you have a good game, other days you cannot have a good performance.”
“The important thing is that I see every day that he wants it really bad.”
With United’s European hopes hanging in the balance, Hojlund must rediscover his form fast.
