Manchester United insiders believe Ruben Amorim is set to promote an exciting 19-year-old talent to the first team this season.
United have a proud history of integrating Academy graduates into the senior squad.
Recent success stories include Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo.
Amorim, known for developing young players during his time at Sporting Lisbon, has already given opportunities to Academy players since joining United.
Earlier this month, he included 16-year-old defender Godwill Kukonki in the squad for the Arsenal clash, showcasing his willingness to trust youth.
Although Amorim has relied on a mostly fit senior squad recently, he is expected to embed more Academy players into first-team training.
The Portuguese manager has emphasised the importance of training younger players with the first team to aid their development.
One player in particular, however, has caught the eye of coaching staff within the club.
So promising to the point where the youngster could be promoted to first-team training in a matter of weeks.

Last weekend, Amorim attended the Under-21s’ 5-1 win over Southampton.
A comfortable win where midfielder Jack Moorhouse stood out with two goals.
Moorhouse, 19, has battled injuries in recent years but is finding consistency under U21s coach Adam Lawrence this season.
There remains glowing optimism that Moorhouse will soon train with the first team, bypassing a potential loan move to develop under Amorim’s eye.
Given his age and profile, Moorhouse’s integration with the senior squad appears imminent.
If promoted, he will aim to impress Amorim and push for inclusion in future matchday squads.
A bright talent and certainly, a name to remember for the future.
It may well prove to be worth embedding promising youngsters, as opposed to signing ready-made players.
The strategy of signing players in their prime has evidently failed at United, with the club having to take a loss on numerous players.
Looking to the development squads may prove beneficial in the long-term.
