Ruben Amorim’s tenure at Manchester United has barely just begun, but early impressions are already taking shape at Carrington.
The Portuguese manager, known for his attention to detail and focus on individual player growth, has spent the past two weeks overseeing training sessions during the international break.
While many players were away representing their countries, a certain player, who was previously injured under Erik Ten Hag, was working under Amorim’s guidance.

The 25-year-old midfielder Mason Mount has endured a frustrating stint at United since joining from Chelsea.
Persistent injuries have limited Mount to just six appearances this season, with setbacks causing him to miss 10 games already.
Mount recently returned in the Europa League win over PAOK, featuring for nine minutes, and has made a Premier League matchday squad for the first time since September.

Despite these challenges, Mount’s work ethic and attitude during training have impressed Amorim, who has high hopes for the playmaker.
Speaking to club media on Friday via Manchester Evening News, Amorim didn’t hold back in praising Mount’s commitment and potential.
“Mason Mount… I have to tell you I love that kid. You can look in his eyes that he wants this so bad,” Amorim stated.
“This is the most important thing for me. I know he was suffering from injuries, he was not on the pitch, but now he’s trying to stay fit.”
Amorim added: “We hope he can continue to be fit, to show all the talent that he’s shown, for example, in Chelsea.”

Amorim is reportedly eager to deploy Mount’s versatility in his favored 3-4-3 system, with plans to use the midfielder both centrally and in wider positions.
As United gear up for Sunday’s clash against Ipswich Town, Mount’s renewed fitness and Amorim’s confidence in him could mark the beginning of a pivotal chapter for the midfielder at Old Trafford.
