The dressing room has been tense recently, especially after his outburst following the Brighton defeat.
To keep his players focused, he has written one key phrase on the dressing room board.
Speaking to TNT Sports, Ruben Amorim explained why the message is vital for the team’s future.
He said: “It’s there on the board in our dressing room. We need to clean those two weeks [by finishing in the top eight and avoiding an extra two games of playoffs].”
He continued: “It’s so important, not just the training, but even to prepare for the games of the Premier League.
“They are so demanding. We need to focus a lot on the way they move.”
“We need everything to win [against FCSB]. It’s really, really important for us.”

United only need a point to secure a top-eight finish in the Europa League group stage.
Achieving that would give Amorim the time he desperately wants with his squad.
He has repeatedly stressed the importance of training to implement his tactical ideas.
However, United’s packed fixture list has made that nearly impossible.
Amorim highlighted the challenge, saying: “I think we need training. Sometimes it’s a little bit boring because I’m saying always the same thing.
“Even winning the games, I can see the performances, and sometimes there is a lack of threat, sometimes there is a lack of possession.”
His demand is clear: the players need to step up in Romania.
If they don’t, another dressing room meltdown may not be far away.
