Ruben Amorim was officially announced as Manchester United’s new permanent manager yesterday.
He will join the team on November 11 as the start of the next international break.
His first game in charge will be away against Ipswich Town in the Premier League on November 24.
The 39-year-old addressed his move to Old Trafford yesterday, speaking in his final press conference for Sporting CP.
Ruben Amorim has also already interacted with United fans, responding to a supporters club yesterday.

Ruben Amorim Sends Message to Fans
A Scandanavian fan club sent the Portuguese manager an email wishing him well after he joined.
In classy fashion, Amorim replied to the group with an exciting promise.
‘Thank you very much for your support. I will not let you down,’ he said.
He will be joining a United side that has had one of their worst starts to a Premier League season ever.
The Red Devils sit 14th in the table and have lost (four) more games than they have won (three).
Amorim’s first three games are rather favourable before he faces a major challenge.

After playing Ipswich, United host Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League and Everton in the Premier League a few days later.
On December 3, Amorim’s side will travel to the Emirates Stadium to play Arsenal.
By then, United’s injury crisis should have eased, with Kobbie Mainoo, Leny Yoro and others stars expected to be back in action.
The young coach will face an uphill battle as soon as he arrives in Manchester.
If his 71% win rate as Sporting manager is any indication of his abilities, United have found an exciting replacement for Erik ten Hag.
