Manchester United are all set to host Leicester City in the next round of the FA Cup as The Red Devils look to defend their title from last year.

United’s 2-1 win over Manchester City in the final last season secured them a slot in the Europa League thanks to goals from youngsters Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho.

Now, The Red Devils will have to beat their former coach and interim-manager, Ruud van Nistelrooy to get a step closer to the final.

However, the injury list for United is growing once again.

The biggest concern for Ruben Amorim is the long-term injury to Lisandro Martinez who has been a routine starter in the back three.

Unfortunately, the Argentine has torn his ACL, which could see him ruled out for the rest of the year, let alone season.

With Jonny Evans also out injured this does mean would could see new signing Ayden Heaven take to the pitch tonight to get his debut for the club.

Alongside this injured pair is Luke Shaw who has once again suffered a set back in his recovery from his previous injury.

However, Ruben Amorim has now confirmed two other injuries.

Speaking in a press conference prior to the game, Amorim discussed his potential keepers, commenting: “Altay [Bayindir], I think, he has a problem.”

He continued: “So he is not available for the game. Tom [Heaton] is also not for this game but he can play the other ones [in the future]. So the rest are ready. The important thing is we are ready to face the game.”

This points heavily to Andre Onana taking the position between the sticks as expected, however it does give a new worry to the extent of injuries United are facing once again.
