River Falls Police Department recognizes Smith with community award

The Town of River Falls Police Department recently announced the introduction of a monthly award to recognize exceptional community members who demonstrate outstanding dedication and commitment.

Roger Smith, a lifelong resident of River Falls, was honored with the Outstanding Citizen Award for September for his tireless efforts in maintaining community spaces.

“His voluntary work, including grass cutting and cleanup initiatives, showcases his passion for community beautification. We acknowledge Mr. Smith’s selfless contributions, ensuring his hard work and dedication do not go unrecognized,” Police Chief Marcus Laster said.
