It’s a bit weird to think that Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is already almost one year old and is about to receive the final DLC character of Season 1 in Vikala, who just had her own gameplay trailer revealed.
The previous Evo and Evo Japan champion for the first GBVS game as well as the recent winner of Thaiger Uppercut 2024 in Gamera just dropped his tier list for Granblue Rising as the first season enters its home stretch.
After the big balance update from late August, it appears that Gamera no longer feels the powerhouse threats like Nier and Seox are among the top tier contenders or even in the top 10 overall.
That being said, however, Gamera’s overall placements have left some in the community scratching their heads because he dropped it without any additional context.
We don’t know if these tiers are supposed to be ordered or not, but Gamera has his own main in Beatrix placed right up at the top of S rank followed by Zeta, Katalina and Belial.
It seems players are also questioning Vira’s spot at the front of A tier ahead of Lucilius, 2B, Seox and Nier among many others.
And if you’re curious about the most recent DLC character, Versusia, she’s not present on the list at all for some reason.
At least he apparently thinks no fighter is below B tier, so that’s hopefully a good thing for the game.
