Responsibilities:
Lifting and rigging heavy equipment and materials using cranes, hoists, and other rigging equipment.
Inspecting and maintaining rigging equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.
Developing and implementing rigging plans to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
Communicating effectively with other trades and supervisors to coordinate lifting operations.
Troubleshooting and resolving rigging problems.
Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Rigger
Strong knowledge of rigging principles and techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and rigging plans
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift heavy objects safely
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the construction industry
