Revenue Assurance Officer
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be required to:
- Detect areas of financial leakages and design appropriate strategies to enforce compliance with operational process affecting revenue
- Liaise with relevant units and departments in confirming the integrity and assurance of service provisioning
- Perform quality assurance on revenues billed across business units
- Conduct periodic review of processes within entire revenue value chain
- Perform revenue assurance test on revenue and billing activities
- Access structures put in place to detect and avoid revenue loss
- Develop and effect strategies required to reduce revenue leakage
- Analyze data that cuts across billing, provisioning to identify areas of leakages and process gaps and recommend strategies for blocking them
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Any other assignment that may be assigned by the Head,
Internal Audit & Risk Management.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
Qualification and Experience
- First degree in a relevant discipline preferably Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
- Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) will be an added advantage
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Revenue Assurance or Auditing
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good Data Analytic Skills
- Good Data presentation skills
- Good report writing skills

- Good team working skills
- Willingness to take additional responsibilities
- Time management capabilities
